The battle of the Christmas advertisements hotted up in 2015 with the biggest UK based retailers serving up huge budgets and, in some cases epic storyboards, to win the nation’s hearts in time for Christmas. Which do you like and which do you feel aren’t hitting the spot?

The advert that’s perhaps received the most attention is the John Lewis advert featuring the Man on the Moon.

However our personal favourite is the Star Wars parody of the Man on the Moon John Lewis advert, which adds an element of humour to the original piece.
Aldi also decided they would add a degree of humour and showcase their low prices in this version.
Asda lit up the show with a relatively bright and snappy advert.
