2. The total amount for a purchase invoice at Energisemedia includes:

  • Item Price: The item’s price is listed next to the item.
  • Shipping Fee: Shipping charges depend on your destination and will be charged when you enter your address. Fees are described in Shipping And Delivery

3. When is my card/account charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

4. Cancel the order and get a refund
– Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours after placing the order. Upon receipt of the request, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the full purchase amount within 2-3 business days.
– With the request to cancel the order after 24 hours, we will consider canceling the order if the order has not been shipped. In case the order has been shipped, the request to cancel the order will not be accepted.
